Minik Lokma helps parents and authorized caregivers manage baby care records. The app is not intended for direct use by children.

Information we collect

• Account and contact information, such as an email address.
• Child profile details, such as name, birth date and optional sex information.
• Feeding, sleep, diaper, growth, vaccination, allergy and care records.
• Photos and notes uploaded at the user's choice.
• Family and caregiver access information, security and error records.

Why we use information

We process data to provide app features, synchronize across devices, create reports and reminders, manage authorized family access, provide support and protect service security. Separate explicit consent is requested in the app for child health data.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. We may rely on technical providers such as Supabase for hosting, authentication, databases and file storage. These providers process data only to deliver and secure the service.

Retention and security

Data is retained while an account is active or for as long as required to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use access controls, authorization rules and private file storage. No method of internet transmission can be guaranteed completely risk-free.

Your choices and rights

From Profile → Privacy & My Data, you can export a portable copy of your data, withdraw health-data consent, or permanently delete your account and associated data. If you cannot access the app, use the account deletion page.

Children's data

Child information should only be entered by a parent, legal guardian or caregiver they have authorized. Do not upload information about a child you are not authorized to manage.
