Account and data deletion

You can delete your Minik Lokma account and the personal data associated with it.

This action cannot be undone. Deleting a family owner's account permanently removes the family, child profiles, care and health records, and private photos. Deleting a caregiver account removes that account and its family access while preserving the family owner's records.

Delete immediately in the app

1. Sign in to Minik Lokma.
2. Open Profile → Privacy & My Data.
3. Select Delete my account permanently.
4. Enter your password and the on-screen confirmation phrase.

If you cannot access the app

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account. To protect you, we may ask you to verify account ownership.

Types of data deleted

• Account and profile information
• Family and child profiles
• Feeding, care, growth, sleep, vaccination and allergy records
• Private photos and user notes

If a record must be retained by law, the user will be informed about its scope and retention period.
